- Each plan, whether for 6 or 12 months, wil automatically conclude upon the completion of the designated period.
- The service is provided exclusively via remote access.
- Service requests must be scheduled in advance.
- It does not include the shipping of parts.
- It does not include additional spar parts outside the kit.
The specifics concerning the hourly rate, excluding any service plans, are as follows:
In general the service fee is set at an hourly rate of $250.00, applicable whether the technician is present on-site or providing remote assistance. It is important to note that any time exceeding an hour and 20 minutes will be billed as a full hour, meaning that once the 20-minute mark is reached, it will be rounded up to the next hour. This fee does not include the cost of parts.
The Premium service plan comes with an included kit of spare parts.
Comprehensive spare parts kit includes essential components tailored for different configurations, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of equipment.
For a single head setup
the kit comprises one LCD panel, one electrical cable, one print head board, one lever, and one sensor, providing all necessary elements for functionality. Price value $680.00
In a dual head configuration
the kit expands to include one LCD panel, two electrical cables, two print head boards, two levers, and two sensors, accommodating the increased complexity of the system. Price value $830.00
For a four head arrangement
the kit features one LCD panel, four electrical cables, four print head boards, four levers, and two sensors, designed to support enhanced operational capabilities. Price value $1,170.00
Specialized kits for vertical cutting plotters and flatbed cutters
include an additional box of cutting blades containing five blades, alongside the standard components, ensuring readiness for cutting tasks. (1) LCD Panel, (1) Electrical cable, (1) Print head Board, (1) Lever, (1) Sensor. Price value $974.00.
