The ProCut XL family is available in two formats: ProCut XL Static, with working areas from 62″ × 12′ up to 82″ × 26′, and ProCut XL Conveyor, starting at 62″ × 12′ with additional sizes available. Every model includes interchangeable cutting and marking tools, a zoned vacuum hold-down system, and dedicated machine-control software.
Where the ProCut-X covers compact and mid-size cutting areas, the ProCut XL extends the platform to large-format tables designed for long material runs and oversized parts. Built on precision servo motors and a gear & pinion drive system, it cuts, marks, and notches in a single job. Choose the size and format that fit your floor space, materials, and production volume.
The ProCut XL Family: Static and Conveyor Formats
- ProCut XL Static: A stable fixed table with an industrial grey felt surface, available in working areas from 62″ × 12′ up to 82″ × 26′. Material is loaded and unloaded manually, offering a lower initial investment.
- ProCut XL Conveyor: A continuous belt works as both the cutting surface and the material transport. Available from 62″ × 12′ and in other sizes, it advances finished pieces to the collection end and brings in new material for continuous cutting.
- Zoned Vacuum Hold-Down: Independently controlled vacuum zones apply suction only where the material sits.

- Active Circular Knife (Wheel Knife): High-speed cutting with excellent edge quality. Ideal for breathable fabrics without an underlay and minimizes damage to felt-type materials.
- Oscillating Knife (8 mm stroke): For textiles and thicker materials that require higher cutting force, including canvas, suede, wool, poplin, denim, and up to 2 plies.
- Drag Knife (DCT): For low-to-medium strength materials up to approx. 6 mm thick, with adjustable pressure and simplified maintenance.
- Pen Holder (Marking Module): Compatible with various markers and pen refills for marking, annotations, style information, and reference indicators.
- Notching Tool: Produces pattern alignment notches, seam-allowance and balance marks, and center points as part of the cutting job.
Zoned Vacuum Hold-Down
- 24 Independent Zones: Each zone can be turned on or off individually. Standard on both models.
- Manual or Automatic Selection: Activate only the zones under the material and keep the rest of the table off.

Can the vacuum suction strength be adjusted?
Suction strength is managed automatically by the system. Operators control which zones are active, so hold-down concentrates on the area occupied by the material.
