Note: Any CAD or pattern-making software may be used, provided that it can export files in .PLT, .HPG, or .HPGL format, which are compatible with the plotter for printing. If your software cannot export those formats and can only export DXF or DWG files, Velocity Plotters & Cutters offers a conversion program that converts DXF, DXF-AAMA, or DWG files into .PLT or .HPGL format — creating a secure, plotter-compatible printing file. The conversion program is available at an additional cost.
