Return & Exchange Policy:​
All Goods are non-returnable or exchangeable after 7 business days of delivery and must be eligible for a return within the 7 days given. To be eligible for a return the product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way) unless the product is manufactured defective, an exchange can be done upon a manager's approval.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods unless the return is due to a defective product. Any items returned without our consent will not be credited.
All returned goods must include the original invoice sent to customers. No responsibility is taken for goods in transit by the shipping company. Deliveries subject to War, Strike, or any other causes beyond the seller's control. Goods made to order are not refundable. All claims on any shortage must be made within 10 business days after receipt.
Return Policy for products shipped:​
If your product was damaged during shipping, Velocity Plotters is not responsible. Please contact the shipping company, you can find the shipping companies number on the bill of lading provided to you on the time of setting up your shipping. Or send an inquiry to our Support Team.
If returned items need to be picked up from your facility, you will be in charge of a pickup fee. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable. If the product was shipped out of state, the customer will be in charge of shipping it back to Velocity Plotters Warehouse. Any request for shipping refunds or discounts will have to be made directly to the shipping company you are using.

Defective product:​
If the product is mechanically/manufactured defective at the time of arrival please contact the Velocity Support team at 833-275-6888 to help you with the process. If the product is manufactured defective you will be eligible for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. All manufactured defective products must be inspected and approved by a manager before being eligible for an exchange.​

Cancellations:​
If you cancel your order past the 24-hour cancellation mark, the product has been put into production. Once the product has been put into production there will be a 35% cancellation fee on all canceled orders.
Steps for Returning an Order:

Please contact the Velocity support team to initiate a return at 833-275-6888.

You will be given an RN number which is necessary to process a return.

You can return the item to the Velocity Plotter warehouse location by shipping the item back at your expense.

Please include the RN for proper processing when shipping a return to Velocity Plotters.

AS-IS Items:​
As-Is items have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Warranty:
Warranty will be as follows unless stated otherwise. All products come with a 1-year warranty on parts unless the product is an AS-IS. If the customer does not have a parts warranty on their Velocity Plotters there will be a parts charge as well as a shipping cost unless the customer provides UPS or FedEx account number.
All products come with a 3 months labor support, either via remote access or in person. All out of state customers (Out of Orange County and Los Angeles Area) will be handled over via remote access unless the customer pays for expenses (travel, hotel, food). If the customer does not have a labor warranty with us on their Velocity plotters there will be a service charge.

Policy for products sold from vendors:​
All orders placed with Velocity plotters approved vendors will have to deal directly with the acquired company. For service and parts, you may contact us directly. For all other inquiries, the customer will have to contact the vendor directly.
